Clam chowder fillet for 4 persons
Ingredients:
- carp 0,800 kg
- onion 0,160 kg
- oil 0,40 l
- aleva - sweet pepper 0,050 kg
- mixed spices 0,080 kg
- fish 1,50 l
How to prepare:
Cut the onion to little pieces(mash), stew it in oil. Add aleva pepper, mixed spices and fish. Boiled it for 1 hour, add the carp and boiled it for 20 min.
Suggestion for side dish: pasta with cheese and scrap..
Ingredients:
- pasta 0,320 kg
- cheese 0,200 kg
- bacon 0,100
- 1 cream
How to prepare:
Boil the pasta, add the cheese and cream, sprinkle the bacon scrap on the pasta.
Gourmand burger for 4 persons
Ingredients:
- kebab 0,800 kg
- smoked bacon 0,100 kg
- cheese 0,120 kg
- salami 0,120
- mashed cayenne 0,020 kg
- onion 0,120
- potatoes 0,850
- 4 pieces of fresh tissue
How to prepare:
Add foodstuff in kebab; bacon,cheese,salami, cayenne and onion. Put all together to one mass. Form the burger and wrap in tissue. Roast it on barbeque.
Chichen white meat delikates for 4 persons
Ingredients:
- white meat 0,800 kg
- cheese 0,150 kg
- 1 cream
- 2 eggs
- bread crumb 0,800 kg
- flour 0,100 kg
- potatoes 0,800 kg
- rice 0,120 kg
- vegetables 0,150 kg
- almond 0,080 kg
- salt
- dill
How to prepare:
Cut the meat to steaks. Stretch it and salt it.
Topping: mix the cheese, cream and dill. Put the topping on the steak, roll it in bread crumb and roast.
Cut the almond, roast it and sprinkle on the food.
Side dish: stew the vegetables on butter, boil the rice.
